Returns/Exchanges

Easy purchases, easy returns. That is the Jason Angie and Sara way. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, company credit, or a full refund. Simply fill out the return form, affix the return shipping label over the original shipping label and send back to us. *

*Please Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise original condition. Refund will be in the form of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account. Sale items can only be returned for company credit. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit. Return packages must be shipped prepaid, as we cannot accept COD shipments. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only in instances of defective merchandise or items sent in error. Jason Angie and Sara strongly suggests that you insure your return package, as we are only responsible for returns once we receive them.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified all packages will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Packages typically arrive within 5 – 7 business days after credit card authorization and verification. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent out once package is shipped.

International Shipping

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories. We are also unable to ship or bill international orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Jason Angie and Sara gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Sorry, we are unable to accept personal checks, money orders, or COD’s.

Sales tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax in state(s) where we maintain a physical place of business. Sales tax will only be applied to orders being shipped to New York State.

Security

At Jason Angie and Sara we realize that the security of your transaction is your most important concern. That is why we made it ours. We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) that encrypts your information while it is being sent to us. SSL avoids decoding of your information by anyone other than Jason Angie and Sara.
